I am responsible for project management, software development processes improvements, software products analysis, documentation, implementation, testing, and support, as well as employee hiring, development, and motivation. I also collaborate with other managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of vision, strategy, and execution. My goal is to foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and teamwork, and to leverage my expertise in software development and architecture to create cutting-edge and scalable solutions that enhance the gaming industry.
