We work on ELMA BPM - one of the most popular business process management systems in Russia. We also use EDI, Projects and KPI modules of the system.
Responsibilities:
* I am the team leader of the business process management system team (4 developers, 2 analysts and 1 administrator). Every morning we have a daily meeting (stand up meeting) about development process and issues happened.
* As a team member, I also work on development, support and administration tasks, monitor and optimize system and database performance.
* Interact with company departments to describe their tasks in "as is" model and transform them to "to be".
Projects launched:
* CRM with external portal for our distributors
* Retail points database with Sell In - Sell Out reports. Integration the system with retailers motivation portal
* IT Service Desk
Also the system connected with accounting program (1C) and external data providers ( нужен доступ к резюме , Dadata, Toloka) to import and enrich customer information
Technological stack: C#, SQL, JS.
