I'm a result - oriented person and my goal is project managing rather than "fire fighting". However, everyone knows that pms are kinda "doctors", "cops" and "firefighters". I am working with development, design and QA teams daily to achieve the following results : - make fruitful projects with efficient processes built; - satisfy clients project's goals on all level of communication; - monetize our products, projects to be sure our company has a high mark in clients' eyes.

My current results:

- leading more than 20 different-size projects at the same time; - managing a project with a team of 7 devs, designer, 2 qaengineers, product owner, business-analytic; - working on a project which price already exceeds 200,000$ budget - working with projects from small startups to huge bureaucracy corporations (the development monopolist of Gulfstream Region); - worked on outsourcing, outstaff, product projects and I'm trying to increase this list

Leading goals:

- To work very closely with senior management - Get more skills in business-analyses
