- Nike Stores Retail plans forecasting: door level, KPI based. Aligning internally within Nike and externally with accounts;
- Evaluate and align retailer’s Open to Buy. Communicate opportunities and risks versus Nike Wholesale sales goals;
- Maintain Nike Stores partners’ Stock&Sales plans. Analyze seasonal inventory and Sell-thru, identify R&O, drive action plan accordingly with x-functional Nike Stores team;
- Analyze partners’ business results – Markdown, Stock Turn and P&L – and discuss during Business Reviews with accounts, suggest actions to increase mutual profitability;
- Provide short-term and long-term (CSR, AOP) G2N plans on partner level. Monthly submit Stock&Sales plans and Long range Wholesale forecast in TM1;
- Provide insights of the marketplace health during country S&OP (IBP), pre-align NSP forecast and R&O with Finance Planning and Marketplace Operations during pre-IBP sessions;
- Communicate market insights to EMEA Nike Stores Leadership Team during Monthly Business Reviews.
Accomplishments:
- Designed a WOH13 monthly benchmarking model for Russia to improve Stock turn KPI, drove x-functional alignment with the local team. Model was elevated to EMEA Business Planning team.
- Within 3-month project for replenishment model in Nike Stores helped South Business Planning bring clarification on planning processes (OTB, G2N) and visibility within the new model, creating a playbook for a smooth EAST territory transition into it.
- Created a Sell-thru report for NSP with forecasting part on style-color level to improve in-season planning and EOS RTV forecast accuracy.
- In a x-functional CGP team created a seamless process of category focused sell-in & sell-out.

Retail Analyst

- Analyze retail and wholesale sales, KPIs, costs and profitability for Key Nike partners;
- Provide regular and ad-hoc operational reports to Russian and European Planning team for daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal follow-ups;

Accomplishments:
- Modified and upgraded a tool for seasonal sales analytics (Tierdown), which became widely used by Sales team for in-season results tracking, presentations and discussions with European HQ and accounts.
- Found reasons behind discrepancies of seasonality in BI and actively participated in implementation of the new logic approved by business. Communicated with tech team to meet business requirements.
