Professional with more than 10 years of international experience in operations management. My work experience has spanned hi-tech companies in various stages of growth, with a strong focus on emerging industries (blockchain, AI, AR/VR, fintech, healthtech, smart cities, face recognition, and Big Data).

For the 5 last years has served as Head of Operations/COO both on the buy-side (VC, private investments) and on the startup's site focusing on blockchain and crypto business with strong industry infrastructure knowledge and a deep understanding of the mechanics, regulatory and technical aspects of investments in crypto and digital assets.

Proven track record in running tech complex business initiatives, building and leading teams, creating from scratch and overseeing day-to-day operations, managing complex operational workflow for both VCs (including regulated Fund) and startups.

My latest position - COO in a regulated blockchain-focused Fund (VC):
Non-investment side: designing and implementing the Fund’s operations, financial, legal, and compliance functions, and back office. Full responsibility for portfolio valuation and Fund administration and audit. Leadership role in building and overseeing all of the firm's systems, processes, workflows, and procedures. Helping to shape and guide the future growth, development, and culture of the organization.

Investment process: keeping the deal process on track, including participation in the negotiation process and deal closing, and post-investment follow-up with portfolio companies.

• 5+ Experience in operations leadership role within hi-tech industry and crypto, asset management fund or VC and in startups or early-stage environments
• Ability to build and oversee operational function in a broad spectrum including: business processes, finance, legal, compliance, people & talent, reporting, events and media - all of the firm's systems, processes, workflows, and procedures.
• Ability to deal with complicated, unstructured problems with a “no task too big or too small” mindset.
• Ability to interact across cultures and businesses.
• Ability to effectively operate in a dynamic, multi-jurisdictional environment.
• Sound understanding and passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
