Responsibilities as a head of international department:
• Control over international department, implementation of operational tasks, control over execution and day-to-day operations;
• Control over the operating activities of companies, funds and trusts in foreign jurisdictions (Cyprus, Liechtenstein, Singapore, BVI, Panama, Bermuda, etc.);
• Business analysis;
• KYC and due diligence with counterparties (regulators, banks, brokers, auditors, administrators, depositories, etc.), registration procedures and opening different types of accounts;
• M&A deals, legal support and analysis of legislation of different jurisdictions;
• Strategic, accounting and tax planning of companies in offshore jurisdictions;
• Coordination of work of various departments for the implementation of projects and on current daily operations (risk-management, back-office, accounting, financial control, marketing departments, etc.);
• Solving a wide range of issues with foreign regulators, auditors, partners, service providers, brokers, customers (including the resolution of controversial and non-standard issues);
• Compliance control: FATCA, MIFID, Russian Legislation;
• Reporting to BOD and UBO;

Responsibilities as a Head of operational department:
• Budget planning, execution and monitoring of financial plans and cost control;
• Control over transaction officers;
• Management and coordination of financial transactions of companies of the group;
• Communication with banks regarding all operational (payments, transaction explanation, documents support, etc.) and KYC issues;
• Control over timely settlements with company counterparties;
• Participation in internal audit procedures and the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS, preparation of documents for auditors;
• Financial planning;
• Control over automation process;
• Implementing of new projects;
• Reporting to BOD and UBO;

Responsibilities as a Head of B2B:
• Control over B2B projects – full cycle (launching, account management, day-to-day support);
• In-person presentations of products and negotiations with customers;
• Consideration, modifying and coordination of a plan of launching of B2B project;
• Assistance to customers with launching of IF/AIF and companies in different jurisdictions, legal advice and support with other issues related to the product;
• Settlement and expenses control;
• Creating and modifying of marketing materials according to customer needs;
• Reporting to clients and senior management (Top-management and UBO level);

Responsibilities as Project manager:
• Business analysis and general project management activities, research and analysis of market solutions;
• Monitoring and supervising of launching of project at all stages (from the first meeting of main stakeholders to the full closure of the project);
• Consideration, modifying and coordination of the project implementation plan;
• Planning and monitoring over execution of tasks;
• Maintain effective relationship with project stakeholders to ensure the launch of a project, achievement of goals and product support;
• Realization of new reporting requirements;
• Budgeting and cost control, funding of projects;
