Hello! My name is Katerina and my soul wants to keep writing texts and doing good journalism! 

I studied journalism at the faculty of International Journalism at Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). I learned Spanish in addition to English there, and then went to Spain, Barcelona to get a master's degree at the faculty of Media, Communication and Culture (UAB University). Now I have a full and quality journalistic education, supported by practice in different media platforms.

While I was studying in Russia, I tried my hand at working on the Spanish website of RT TV channel as well as in the Information and Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. 

When I moved to Spain, I began to look for job options in both Spanish and Russian languages, so I joined the team of the “Revista Rusa” (eng. Russian magazine), where I was engaged in writing articles for the magazine on the topics of elite leisure, fashion, social life, also in filling with the content the social networks, writing scripts for commercial videos, organizing events, etc.

One of the most beautiful experiences of my journalistic life was working in a gastronomic magazine “Catalunya Gatronómica”. Writing about new restaurants, menus from Michelin chefs or updating the restaurant´s wine list brought me great pleasure!

Now I'm looking for a freelance job, everything related to writing texts or editing. I have a wide range of interests and practice in different fields. I want to write about something I will burn for and I can do it in Russian, Spanish and English.
