Gaming Product Manager

Creating and developing an ecosystem of gaming products: specialized tariff plans and Internet access options, gaming platforms, VAS.

- Market analysis. Search and implementation of opportunities to increase sales, profitability and development of services in the selected direction.

- Calculating business cases, preparing business plans, marketing strategies and predicting product sales.

- Analysis of the quality of the services provided by the company, identification of bottlenecks.

- Project management of the development of new and improvement of existing services:

• formation of statements of work

• management of project groups / development teams / contractors, as well as communication with partner teams

• testing and implementation of changes

- Interaction with partners: search and selection of companies for cooperation, presentation of commercial offers, coordination of working conditions, conclusion and maintenance of contracts.

- Analysis of the results, preparation of regular and final reporting.

Key projects and results:

- An increase in the number of subscribers of the “Gaming” tariff due to changes in the tariff mechanics, the introduction of new options, based on studies of user opinions.

- Improved customer support, introduced a specialized line for gamers.

- Optimized the structure and content of the site and landing page in the selected direction, increased the conversion to sales by 2 times.

- Developed new tariff options involving developers and publishers of games, including the most popular in the world (at different stages of implementation).

- Prepared an innovative service for making money on online games, together with a leading bank.
