I have 15-years experience in in-house HR roles. I have started my career from recruitment & onboarding, gradually moved to general HR BP role.

I can say that my experience is very much related to business integrations and transformations aimed to foster business growth. In PepsiCo 2010 I was HR BP for SAP project team created as a part of Integration project; in GSK Consumer Health I had a project role of HR Integration manager leading org changes and staffing process in integration with Novartis HC; now in Saint-Gobain I have already participated in 2 huge business transformations where I played leading HR role for local functions under transformation.

Being truthfully interested in businesses I am working in and in functions I am supporting I'm always very much in details of what is happening in our business area, looking for the best solutions and processes, being agile in approaches.

I am interested in finding a role with relocation from Russia in a company which values people and keeping them in a hart of its business as a main driver of business development.
