• Competitive intelligence: Research and maintain technical competitive intelligence in key

usage areas and markets (B2C, B2B, B2G)

• Product positioning and strategy

• Keeping the team focused on the customer and the market.

• Partnerships: Identifying partners and working with them to enhance the product.

• Developing/refining pricing and business model.

• Working closely with engineering to make time/feature tradeoffs quickly.
