Businesses rarely stall because teams work slowly. They stall because effort goes into the wrong thing - and nobody questions it. That's the problem I solve: locate the real bottleneck, then build and ship the fix.

What that looked like in practice:

Moneycare (FinTech): +20% credit turnover after rolling out an ML-powered interface to 5,000 retail operators - voluntary adoption, no mandate.

EPAM: a team had spent нужен доступ к резюме years and a 7-figure budget optimizing prediction speed. User research showed nobody needed speed - they needed relevance. Redirected the priority, doubled model relevance in 6 months against a 12-month commitment.

SoulPlace (co-founder): built a portfolio of AI subscription products from zero to 100+ experiments, 17 MVPs, and 3 that reached commercial viability. When a platform-risk crisis crashed conversion, rebuilt the product off Telegram onto the web in 2 weeks, and restored it.

LinkedLens: shipped an AI profile analyzer solo - from idea to production in 5 hours, built with Claude and Lovable.

Hands-on with AI/ML products: RecSys, LLM, subscription monetization. AI-native workflow - I'd rather ship a working prototype than write a long spec.
