I manage a large team of smaller sub-teams (workgroups) that develop industry-leading products in High-Performance Computing area. The products provide leading performance, stability, ease of use and the latest hardware platforms support as well as quality customer support.

As a software engineering manager, I am responsible for planning and delivery of multiple overlapping releases per year, stakeholder management of hardware and other software product teams across the globe, people development and motivation, staffing, processes setup, and their continuous improvement. This requires products' technical details understanding as well as overall technical background and continuous learning. I coordinated team migration to new tools and processes (GitHub, JIRA, Jenkins, Confluence), as well as product migration to the new code base that allowed it to be a part of the software stack running on few of the top supercomputers in the world.
