Entrepreneur
In 2005 I have started my first business while studying at the 3d course of the university with an online store for roller skaters, accessories and exclusive streetwear clothes.
After 2 years I sold the business. In 2007 I joined the team of a distribution company as a managing partner with duties to manage ~10 brands on Russian market in wholesale and lead the e-commerce department. My department was generating 30% of the company’s annual turnover, having over 200 customers all over Russia. At that time we were first to implement an IT platform to manage wholesale ordering and preordering.
In 2011 I have signed an agreement with vertically integrated fashion holding. With clothing brand manufacturing in China, boutiques chain in Russia and national wholesale distribution, to supply them an e-commerce solution and lead the company digital transformation. Including ERP system integration, franchising business development and scaling international logistics processes. This resulted in a 30% increase of assortment range for offline stores, 10 new franchising clients onboarded during the first month of sales, and 20% growth in wholesale.

I have acquired a seed round $100k and onboarded as a product owner to coordinate with Life FG strategy of non-financial services. We aimed to launching accessories brand and e-commerce marketplace in an agile team with SCRUM framework as a part of a big team building the LifePad.
