Current position: Head of Department (CTO for 1/4 company)

• 3 teams( big data, R&D, fullstack), PMs, Alanisists
• Participation in the architectural committee in the role of the Department's practice Architect
• Technology development strategy of the department 
• Department budget management
• Technical presale on practices and products of the department (search for clients, tenders, resource planning, preparation of documents, meetings, sales)
• 20+ projects and products in release development and support stages
• Account manager for some clients
• Development of own internal automation software products
• Communications with universities, participation in brand promotion events (conferences, lectures, career days, master classes)

My key competence is to take the theme, crack it, sell, recruit a team, set up processes, develop solution, pass it on to development and support. Equally well understand the technique and business, looking for bugs with the developer, with the director - create a strategy of negotiations. 

I want to develop internal products in startup or IT-company. Enterprise/integrators = +50% to the fix salary. 

Member of the Russian Hack Team, winner and prize-winner of several hackatons and case championships.
