As a Technical Recruiter, I am responsible for the full cycle of recruitment process for IT professionals. I conduct interviews, create and publish job ads, and provide exceptional service to candidates and clients. I also have knowledge about migration issues and visas, and I can help with relocation to Czech Republic and Budapest. 

I have a Master's degree in Development of Rural Areas from Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, where I learned about regional development programs, electoral assistance, and rural sociology. Also, I have a Bachelor's degree in Information security, it's helps me better understand it specialisation. I have also worked as an HR Manager at ITACA, where I organised internships for international students, developed team communications, and maintained work structure. I am passionate about discovering and nurturing new talent, supporting their development, and making the recruiting process fun and engaging.
