We are Shastic: a distributed fintech company headquartered in Berkeley, CA. Our platform allows banks to text, track, and communicate with their customers when they are looking to buy a loan, credit card, open a bank accounts, etc. We call this service Elle.

Shastic is currently working with close to 50 U.S. financial institutions.

We're initially targeting the U.S. online lending market where we've found that 70% - 90% of people who start an online loan application don't complete it; and close to half of all loan applications happen after-hours, when banks are closed.

We've been training Elle to answer the top 50 most common questions that come up when applying for a loan when banks are closed.
