We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our fast-growing digital PR/media startup as a Sales Director. As a key member of our team, the Sales Director will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing our company as a leader in the industry. This position reports directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify target markets, key accounts, and sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand the company's client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, leveraging existing networks and actively seeking out new connections.

Sales Team Management: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to drive team success. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and goal achievement.

Sales Process Optimization: Develop and implement effective sales processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and maximize sales productivity. Continuously assess and improve sales processes to ensure effectiveness and alignment with industry best practices.

Market Analysis and Forecasting: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities, assess customer needs, and inform sales strategies. Utilize data and analytics to forecast sales performance and make informed business decisions.

Perform other special projects or duties when required

Qualifications:

-  Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the digital PR/Media industry.

-  Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of sales principles and techniques.

-  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

-  Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a

sales team.

-  Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

-  Analytical skills to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

 

Role Information:

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, EST business hours

Job Duration: ongoing project, no end date Start Date: As soon as possible
