Job Overview:

As a Data Analyst at Metropolitan, your role will be critical in providing data-driven guidance for strategic decision-making and optimizing our real estate operations in the competitive real estate market.

What you will do:

Market Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of the real estate market, including market trends, competition, and pricing strategies.
• Gather and analyze market data to identify potential investment opportunities and market segments.

Marketing Campaign Analysis:

• Develop and execute marketing campaign performance analysis, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies based on campaign data.

ROI Analysis:

• Calculate and assess the return on investment (ROI) for various real estate projects and investments.
• Collaborate with the finance team to evaluate the financial viability of potential projects.

Leads Analysis:

• Analyze lead generation efforts to identify high-converting lead sources and areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain lead conversion dashboards and reports.

Agent Performance Analysis:

• Evaluate the performance of real estate agents and brokers, tracking metrics such as sales, listings, and client satisfaction.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve agent performance and productivity.

Data Visualization:

• Utilize Power BI to create visually appealing and insightful dashboards and reports.
• Ensure that data is presented in a user-friendly and easily understandable manner for stakeholders.

Data Cleaning and Management:

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the real estate data by cleaning, organizing, and maintaining databases.
• Implement data quality checks and processes to minimize errors.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, data analysis techniques, and tools to enhance data analysis capabilities.

Compliance and Data Security: Ensure that data handling and analysis comply with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.

Report Generation: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to update management on key metrics and performance indicators.

What we’re looking for:

• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of real estate industry dynamics, particularly in Dubai, is a plus.
• Experience in data analysis, preferably in the real estate sector, is desirable.
