Do you want to look at the future and change the game in the iGaming segment? We are looking for an inspiring leader to lead our team in the role of User Acquisition / Media buyer and lead them to new heights of success.

Responsibilities:

• Search for the generation of bundles and their scaling with team resources;
• Achieving KPIs in terms of revenue;
• Team management (KPI control, scaling results);
• Team selection together with HR;
• Analysis and optimization of advertising campaign results;
• Communication with the affiliate program on offers, rates, traffic quality and caps;
• Weekly and monthly reporting on your work and the work of your team.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing buyers (from 3 people in a team);
• Successful experience in working with push notifications, teaser networks, banners, in the Gambling/Betting niche and profitable cases over the past 3 months;
• Work as a Team Lead for 1 year or more;
• Ability to analyze the market, see new trends and look for new approaches in the flow of traffic;
• Experience working with budgets from $200k per month;
• Ability to analyze the results of advertising campaigns and find ways to optimize them to increase ROI.
