Engineering Manager for Digital Fashion Startup

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the engineering team (backend, frontend, mobile and QA), ensuring timely delivery of high-quality digital fashion projects.

- Develop, coach, and mentor engineers on the team, while also organizing and delivering regular feedback

- Work with your product peer to navigate a dynamic environment, ensuring your team is focused on high priority, high leverage work

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering projects with business objectives.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

- Make last-minute decisions in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.

- Manage internal team processes to help the team operate successfully

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in a technical environment.

- Strong technical background with experience in digital technologies and software development.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

- Fluent in Russian and English, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be proactive, with a hands-on approach to tackling challenges.

- Ready to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where last-minute decision-making is the norm.

-You’re familiar with our tech stack including NodeJS, REST APIs, React, Swift, Kotlin, AWS/GCP, SQL

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience working in the gaming industry is a plus, but not required.
