Product Manager

Ambisafe is blockchain software company with offices in San Francisco and Ukraine. We are dedicated to rebuilding financial markets using blockchain technology and are pioneering the industry with first of their kind products and features. We work with dozens of blockchain companies and financial institutions from all around the world.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the full cycle of product development (define problems, prioritize features and tasks for the product, research, design solutions, launch, analyze results)
• Work closely with users to deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize user needs into product priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications
• Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ship new impactful features or new products to the market
• Define KPI’s for projects and measure success and changes over time

Requirements:

• You have 1,5+ years of product management experience in web/mobile
• Experience in cross-platform projects
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods. Conduction of usability studies, surveys, user interviews, A/B tests
• Excellent English
• Experience in writing Product Requirements and Documentation
• Great understanding of UI/UX

Nice to have:

• Startup experience
• Prototyping experience
• Issue tracking systems: Atlassian, JIRA, etc.
• Blockchain experience
• You won’t survive here if you don’t keep on learning something new
• You despise hierarchy but respect authority and experience
• You don’t fall into a stupor when you need to manage your tasks and priorities
• You know that “a teamwork” is not an empty word applicants use to impress recruiters
