Мои компетенции и опыт

Since 2022, I have been working in the gaming industry, initially as a Project Manager and occasionally taking on the role of ASO Specialist on certain projects. My responsibilities within the team included facilitating effective communication, analyzing information swiftly, and meticulously planning and managing project stages.
I managed projects in Trello and Miro. I found myself comfortable collaborating within teams, leading two successful projects simultaneously while overseeing teams of 11 and 8 individuals, respectively.

My work primarily involved iOS, Android, and Amazon platforms, particularly focusing on puzzle and casual games. Additionally, I possess basic SQL knowledge and an advanced proficiency in Excel, enabling me to efficiently work with and analyze data.
Furthermore, my experience includes successful collaboration within international teams, facilitated by my proficiency in English. 

I would like to work on innovative projects that use cutting-edge technology, especially in genres such as open world role-playing games or strategy games. I'm excited to work on a variety of platforms including PC, consoles and new technologies such as VR.

My expectations of a new company include a supportive and inclusive work culture that values work-life balance, provides opportunities for professional growth, and fosters creativity and collaboration among team members.
I prefer a company structure that is agile and flexible, allowing for quick decision-making and adaptation to project needs, with clear communication channels and a flat hierarchy that promotes autonomy and encourages cross-functional collaboration.
