Senior HR Business Partner.

  • The business task was to spin off NeoBank from the parent company in order to reposition the brand, occupy new customer niches, and accelerate product development.
  • Reporting to the CEO.
  • Responsible for the whole HR scope supporting business objectives.
  • Acting as internal trainer and trusted advisor for managers and functional leaders, as a first point of contact for employees. Partnering with functional leaders on approach to people related decisions, such as relocation, promotions, counteroffers, etc.
  • Working through recruitment, administration, legal agreements internationally; including setting up new legal entities, offices search in new locations, etc.
  • Setting standards, elaborating guidelines and policies.
  • Administering performance review cycle and salary review process.
  • Planning personnel and HR budget. 
  • Execution of payroll function, in collaboration with shared service center and external payroll vendors, authorizing of all payroll payments for RU and out-of-Russia locations in the scope.

  • The business objective was to expand market share, to expand internationally.
  • HR function from scratch for the fast growing internationally distributed remote-first team.

  • The key business objective was to open new product practices, while ensuring retention and scaling of the main product, cost-effective execution of projects under commercial contracts etc.
  • IT recruitment leadership and execution, implementation of L&D, C&B, Intercomm practices and tools. 
  • Staffed IT team (appr. 80 hires per year). Effectively supported the transformation of the resource load of the business. Ensuring recruitment targets are met in time and cost-effectively.

  • I was reporting directly to the CEO, business owner.
  • Task: setting up an HR function from scratch, HR support for a fast-growing business.
  • Attracting product expertise from the outer market, including executive search with the purpose of developing and testing new product hypotheses. Headcount growth from appr. 45 to 170+ employees.
  • Execution of intense hiring while keeping the payroll restrained. The company has grown from 40 to 150 people while maintaining a compensation rate in the 25th-50th percentile.
  • Implemented an internal communications strategy to accommodate the growing business and the shift from manual management to centralized communication. NPS number on internal mailings around 65. 
  • A comprehensive audit of the HR brand, based on the results of which a number of HR products were implemented (HR website, landing pages, etc.), which increased its visibility within the key audience, grew the top of mind indicator, the activities resulted in a flow of incoming CV applications in the recruitment funnel.
  • Coordinated a team of 3 people.
  • Implemented process methodologies: recruitment, onboarding, and personnel retention, which reduced administration costs, shortened hiring process duration, increased job offers acceptance rate, and reduced early turnover. 
  • Supporting the executive level with HR-related solutions.
  • 1:1 on a daily basis with employees to monitor attitudes and satisfaction; identifying and resolving emerging team issues, which resulted in reduction of the number of escalations to management.
